My dream Job

 I imagine my future like a very good musical director, having a lot of skills for teach, direct, do arrangements and however thing relacionated with the musica in the practice because I'm not very motive with the research about music, is interesting yes but that not is my priority in the life.

 In this world I will have my own orchestra for conduct and hear my musical pretensions, I could request specific compositions for classical orchestra, big band or musical theater but for that I'll need an academy where the students are part of the agrupations mentioned.

 Having this academy I would invest in something for construct a greatness concert hall, with a fancy entrance for all the people who go have a feel of happiness, wanna go again and learn more about the music and other arts. Obviusly all the people will be welcome, this project pretend unite and not separate people for economic or social reasons giving the same culture for all peoples.

 Later this will have a lot of quarters in the country and will know like one of the best academy of arts in Latam, for that is necesary meet persons with biggest dreams and ambitions because this will be a really big project and for that I'll need committed people with many skills.

For all this I need develop my social skills for know a lot of people who can help with my project, a good speak because I would convince the political or cultural sector for give me economic support, obviusly all abilities relationed with the musician job, to know about laws and regulations for companies or business. Also I'll require a management skills because we need organize a lot of persons, diversities of places, applications for state helps, concerts, class, and other things.

 All the teachers need a payment and the management team too, this is the principal reason for do this very slowly and will begin with a little academy of music, with concerts and student for finance this, in a future the principal students would receive a financial incentive if they are good and are actives in some agrupations of the academy.

 I have been studying a Major in Arts hoping do the speciality in Choral Direction, of this way I will be a music with knowledge in a diversity of areas and I think the speciality is like the previously for an orchestra direction studies.

 This future sound so crazy but I think if you can imagine and search the way for achieve that you can do it, maybe with a lot of difficulties but all is possible with a plan, friends and a few of lucky.
